interTourdansa

This week I have traveled to smaller towns around Banyoles performing with the interTourdansa group. It has been a really cool experience and we have danced in some amazing spaces. The only bad thing is that we have to wear the same T-shirts and walk around as a group. This restricts my individuality.... Dramatic I know. I would have to say that the best part of this tour is that they feed us two amazing meals per day!!! The food is just so delicious. I have also enjoyed the dancing. It has also been a great opportunity to visit small towns in Spain that I would have overlooked. The first town is Bellacaire D'Emporda, where we danced outside of the castle.I am shaking the hand of a huge puppet... They are so freaky!!! On Friday we were in La Bisbal D'Emporda, where we danced outside of another castle. Saturday we headed to CastellFollit De la Roca. This town was really amazing. We were crossing a huge bridge in the mountains and I look to my left and see a little village sitting on the edge of a cliff. One of the directors of the tour informed me that we would be dancing in the church that sat at the edge of the cliff that evening. This is some of the group in the top of the bell tower. Tomorrow we are heading to Besalu where our tour will end and it's back to Barcelona!!
